About Zentory

We started with one jeweller's stock register.

Zentory is an enterprise software company in Lahore. We build ERP software that keeps records straight, first for jewellers and now for businesses beyond jewellery.

01 Our story
We didn't set out to build ERP software. We set out to fix one jeweller's stock register — and found the same problem everywhere we looked.

Zentory began inside a family jewellery business in Lahore. Keeping stock straight in jewellery is unforgiving: every piece has a karat, a purity and a weight, making charges and wastage have to be worked out correctly, and the register has to agree with what's physically in the case, down to the gram.

Off-the-shelf tools weren't built for that, so we built a system that was. It became Zentory Jewellery ERP, and it's in active use today.

Along the way we saw that the underlying problem (records that don't reconcile, and spreadsheets kept on the side to cover the gaps) isn't unique to jewellery. Zentory Core is our answer for retail, wholesale and light manufacturing.

02 How we got here

From one register to two products.

Each step came from a real problem in a real business, not from a feature list.

    A register that had to add up

    A family jewellery business in Lahore needed stock records where every piece's karat, purity and weight reconciled.

  2. 02 Live

    Zentory Jewellery ERP

    That fix grew into a full ERP for jewellers, covering inventory, charges, repairs and custom orders. Generative AI features are now being added.

  3. 03 In development

    Zentory Core

    The same ledger-first discipline, generalised for other industries and extended to connect with the machines on the floor.
